Independence and trademarks
Independent IELTS practice platform. Not affiliated with or endorsed by IELTS, the British Council, IDP or Cambridge University Press & Assessment. These names identify the exam and its organisations; their owners retain their rights. No official logos, examination papers, book covers or listening recordings are distributed here.
Practice materials
The owner has confirmed that Reading passages and questions were newly written for this project, using open research as factual bases. Cambridge material was used only to benchmark difficulty and question architecture, without copying passages or questions. Reading source panels identify authors, article titles, links, licences and changes. The original short sample, Writing table/tasks and Speaking questions were created for the project.
Research and licence conditions
Article text sources are credited below and in each relevant Reading passage. Practice text has been shortened, reorganised and rewritten and questions are new. Article photographs, figures, maps and other media are not imported. CC BY material remains subject to its stated licence; retain the source credits and change notice when sharing licensed adaptations. The source authors and publishers do not endorse the practice tests.
Other project assets
The tips and rubric explanations use independently written project text, rather than official descriptor tables. Criterion names describe the assessment framework. Hero artwork was generated specifically for the project without a third-party image reference; day/night versions derive from one master. Custom interface marks are project drawings. No external font files or icon packs are distributed.
Software
The Supabase browser libraries and their dependencies carry the notices in Third-party licences. Those software licences apply to the relevant components and do not change the licences of practice content.
Rights requests
If you believe content infringes your rights, contact getbandnine@yahoo.com using the information requested on the contact and takedown page. We investigate specific notices and correct, restrict or remove material where appropriate.
